I use 2 of them daily and find them great much better than the cheaper ones. The grip is comfortable for prolonged use but mine are getting worn now. Well worth the money!

I was doing up my classic VW Golf and all my pessents were tools that year. The outstanding tool due to it's non stop useage was a Stanley tool, it was a simple but humungously useful 'MAXGRIP WHEEL SPANNER' I have arthritus in my hands so some tools are awkward and hard to use especially for a long time. This spanner is comfortable to hold and makes the hardest of knuts easy to tighten or loosen! I am still nothing but impressed with this strong, easy to grip and adjust spanner from 'Stanley Tools' I fully recomend it to anyone to get the job at hand done.

Fantastic spanner, well machined jaw dose not wobble or give in any way keeping true flat right angles and thus preventing 'nut stripping'. The jaw is easy to adjust with again a well made thumb wheel and interconnection to moving jaw that feels free flowing even after much use in dirty environments. There is a nice laser etched size indicator on the body of the spanner that can be handy to identify what size the bolt is you are actually working on. The handle is finished with a good rubberised mould that feels a good size to holds and work with, also making this tool easy to use in repetitive situation, and insulates the metal of the spanner when working in cold or hot circumstances. Most importantly it looks good, nice styling and neat details.
Top Tip: If you use the measurement scale on the side of the spanner it doubles as a rough calliper, handy when you are not sure just what size a nut or bolt is etc.
