I use MaxSteel Diagonal Cutting Plier very often. This is a classic tool for working with electrical wire. Despite the fact that there are specialized tools MaxSteel Diagonal Cutting Plier very good substitute for many of them. This tool also differs reliability and requires no special skills to use it

I've used these on various different types of wires, of varying hardness, from small single-core stuff, up to 6mm stranded core, and they've gone through everything without complaint. The jaws show no signs of damage, either. Throw away the £1.99 pair you got from the market, and invest in some proper cutters!

These cutters are absolutely brilliant, and will cut through most things, I had bought an expensive pair and they did not last at all. So if your going to buy a set of cutters make sure these are the ones.
